Great place! Stopped here today and got a gyro since it was on special. Haven't tried their pizza, so I don't feel that I can give the full 5 stars just yet. The gyro was really no different than any other sandwich shop, but I still loved it. My favorite part, which is pretty common in these kinds of restaurants is the portion size on the fries. Just over 2 dollars for a seemingly endless supply of fries. Atmosphere is on par with most others like this, somewhat outdated, but cozy. Plus I got to play Galaga while I waited on my food! I'll be back to try their pizza one day, and I'm sure it won't disappoint.

Ordered pizza from here twice recently. Very good! The crust was different each time. One time a bit soft, the next, very crunchy. No big deal... It told me that the crusts were made by hand and not from some machine. Both were very good, just a bit different. The delivery guy was very nice too. No problems there! I will order from Dino's again! The online ordering process is fast and VERY convenient!!! All-in-all... Winter coming, time to order a pizza and watch a movie on television.. .Try Dino's...

Apparently I forgot what I wrote about the blah pizza, and ordered from here again. I've had a few more orders based on convenience of ordering. They have new gourmet burgers- I had a bbq bacon burger and that was relatively decent. Fries were eh... I've also ordered chocolate shakes, which were ok. A greasy combo platter of onion rings, jalapeno poppers, breaded mushrooms and mozz sticks.... the poppers I didn't want to eat, the inside was pretty nacho cheese-flavored. I'd prefer if it was more like cream cheese. The mushrooms were just ok. The onion rings and mozz sticks were the best- actually crispy and hot, but it's not too hard to make those! I also have tried their baklava, which was sweet but a little tough. I couldn't cut it with just a fork. I think I've tried enough to know not to order from here again... I just need to remember that in the future!!

I have ordered delivery from this place on many different occasions. While staying in the area on business. I have tried a few different items in the menu. The pizza is decent. Shrimp dinner is pretty tasty. Would not recommend the ribs here. Stick with the fried stuff. Hot dogs aren't anything to write home about, not bad bad, not good, just a regular hot dog.

"Everything" on a hotdog in every hot dog place means tomatoes too. Not here. But it does mean sport peppers, which "everything" doesn't mean anywhere else. Brought my dog back up to the counter and asked if they had tomatoes, was told "everything" doesn't mean tomatoes. You f****** kidding me? Then the tomatoes they gave me were diced. Why?. The dog itself sucked. Bun was crumbly dry and broke apart in my hands. Either not fresh and certainly not steamed. Place has everything from hot dogs to pasta to pizza. Stop already. If you can't get a hot dog right, no way am I venturing up menu. Will not return and you should not go.

Definitely good Chicago style food. I recommend going here for a quick bite and to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere along with some classic pac man.

Based off of the food it's a decent grease bomb place. The establishment needs updating and and something to eliminate the smells in there (no, it's not the food). I wanted to rate this place a 3.5 but I couldn't due to their customer service. The guy who runs the place isn't the most pleasant and his staff isn't that much better. All in all it's a so so place, nothing to brag about but it does the job when you go.

this place has really gone down hill over the last ten years. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. plus it's kind of pricy for not being any good. find somewhere else.

I've been a few times, but just recently tried the pizza for the first time. There are so many pizza places in the area, it's pretty hard to stand out. We really like their pizza - not sure what kind of sauce they use, but that and the cheese really make the pizza. Decent value, ready quickly. Crust is kind of flaky/crispy and flowery. Not greasy or mushy at all. The burgers/dogs are good and remind me of a typical Chicago redhots stand. The only bad thing I've had was the garlic bread - it was disgusting. The best way to describe it is that someone dipped a stale hot dog bun in garlic butter, microwaved it, and wrapped it in foil. What a mushy greasy mess. We'll definitely keep Dino's in the pizza rotation at our house now that we've tried it, though.

I ordered an 18 inch pizza that was not very tasty. It was a good idea that I checked my slice of pizza before I bit into it because there was a piece of aluminum foil embedded in the crust. There were a lot of fire ashes that I was not happy with with as well. I had to scrape all of those ashes off. It doesnt seem like they clean or take any precaution to avoid eating this. As for the cheese it tasted kind of funny it had some sort of after taste to it that I could not describe.

Dino's is the classic hole in the wall eatery - a combination of hot dog/burger stand, and pizza joint. A good gyro at a good price is difficult to find in the western suburbs. Either the place is overpriced, or they just don't deliver the goods (good pita, great tsatziki, properly cooked meat). I first visited Dino's on Kronos Free Gyros day. Not only do they put out the perfect gyro, but I discovered that they have $3.50 Gyro Thursdays. We now live in Lombard, but we still make the drive back to Dino's for gyros - and not just on Thursdays. :-)

Ordered a gyro sandwich (no fries) on a Friday night. There was nothing wrong, and the service was fine. I like mine well done, as it seems to be less greasy but this seemed more greasy. The tzatziki sauce was not thick, kinda watery, but still had good flavor. It was good but I've had better. Plenty of staff to keep things turning over. Looks like pizza is a fav...but I didn't try. Maybe next time!

I have had their slice before and it looked and tasted like cardboard. Fast forward two years and our Christmas party was catered by Dino's. The za is actually pretty good. Could use a little more sauce, but the toppings were just right. The sausage only on the other hand is a different story. The meat is very sparce and looks very cheap. It really didn't have any taste to it. The mostaccioli and the other saucey fairs were very salty. The gyros were pretty tasty as well as the fries. They were the thin krinkle cut and had some sort of orange salt on them. The prices are very resonable, but I would not get the pizza again. There are to many alternative choices in the area that are much better. Stick with the main menu and you should be o.k.

Dino's delivery is really fast, and they have the BEST chicken tacos in the area. When you dine in, the place is small but the staff there are really friendly and quick.

Giving this place one star is actually a compliment. Avoid this fast food restaurant! Me and my girlfriend ordered the hot dog special and a slice of sausage deep dish. The hot dogs tasted horrible. The bread was soaked in God knows what, the relish was appalling, and the hot dog tasted like it was spoiled. The slice of pizza was no where near half way decent. We have been here in the past and never had a complaint. I don't know what happened, but the quality of food is beyond poor. Who gets a Chicago style hotdog wrong!?

My family and I have lived close by, and eaten here for as long as I can remember. Most of their food is good, and their new burger menu is wonderful. There pizza is good, but their gyro is phenomenal. DON'T order the fries, they are not very good at all. Don't custom order, I have been disappointed a few times trying to get them to make a decent chicken sandwich that doesn't fall apart on me. Overall, their prices are great for the area, and their food is good.

Got stuck in the area during a snow storm. Had to hole up in a hotel and didn't want to go out in the snow so I ordered a pizza and wings from Dino's. The pizza was great and they were very generous with the tasty wings. Not so good for my recent diet but for the evening........outstanding. I also gave the delivery guy a nice tip for venturing into the snow. Thanks Dino's.

Love Dino's. I work right nearby and whenever I need a changeup from the normal fast food in the area I go to Dino's. Their Philly Chicken sandwich is great, and huge to boot. Prices are reasonable, and they have a pretty large menu. They sell deep dish pizza by the slice, which I haven't tried yet but its definitely next on my list.

I was driving by and stopped. I hadn't been her for 15 or more years. The hot dog was the worst I have ever had, almost as bad as Little Joe's. The bun was so dry, almost hard and it lacked flavor. I ordered it without fries but I knew they gave me fries when the bag was wet from all the grease. I told him I did not order the fries and his response was "well he charged you for them". I shook my head and walked out. I suddenly remembered why I haven't been here for so long. Yuck! Don't waste your time or money.

I stopped here on my way to Tinley Park. Seeing the word "char burgers" on the sign drew me into the place. From the outside, it looks like a nicer than the normal hot dog, burger & gyros place. There are a few tables with umbrellas for eating outside too. Nothing exceptional but, not bad either. Their slogan "A neighborhood favorite for over 20 years" seems to hold true, as the customers were mostly older teens living in the area, since they walked in from the street. A few carry-out pick-ups came by as well, so I could see they have a steady business there. I got my order surprisingly quickly despite a few other customers walking in around the same time as me. Inside, the dining area efficiently utilizes its space to fit the most tables and booths possible without getting too crowded. The walls are adorned with the usual propaganda from Vienna Beef and Central-Kronos Gyros. I thought their burger was fine and their fries were the shoestring variety, but the freshness of the oil and/or the potatoes gave them better than normal flavor. They also sell pizza by the slice. While I did not order any, the pizzas on display looked like well-dressed thin crust varieties, rather than the cheese-and-sauce covered frozen cardboards you often find at fast-food places like this. Their menu offers quite a number of pizza varieties too, so it's certainly worthy of consideration. In short, I'll come back here if I'm in the area again.

I've been going to Dinos for about 5-6 years. Came here first for their hot dogs and fry special - 2 dogs and a fry for about $4. Fountain drinks come with free refills too. The hot dogs are pretty close to true Chicago style - not exact, but close enough for the price. I moved on to the gyros and now my son is hooked. The gyros is as good as Greek town. I'm counting my calories (welcome to middle age) and I asked the owner if they had any salads and he says, "I have the best Greek salad you ever had." Now I've been going to Greektown for 30+ years and know good Greek salads, so I tell him "That's a pretty bold statement for a hot dog place to make". He says try it and I did. Dinos has the best Greek salad I have ever had! They don't use iceberg lettuce - I believe it's romaine - and here's what they include for about $5 - A very large portion - pepperoncini peppers - sliced onions - kalamata olives - sliced hard boiled egg - sliced tomotoes - big chunks of feta cheese - sliced cucumbers - 2, yes 2 containers of the best dressing with spices and great olive oil - and the best part.....anchovies on request. Not just a few small pieces, but 4 large long strips. I don't even feel bad about not having my old favorite hot dogs, fries and gyros. Try the Greek salad and you'll keep coming back!

Stopped to grab a quick bite while in the area. Service was pleasant and quick. Tried the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and slice of deep dish pizza. I would highly recommend this sandwich. Veggies were fresh and sandwich well made. Pizza was a little heavy on the cheese for me. Prices seem to be very good and the place was busy with students and take out orders. I can see why they get good reviews and are popular.

I went there on 6/28/11, and I ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich with everything on it. It's the best Philly cheese I've ever had. Can't wait to try more! My only thing against it is that they don't serve vienna beef hot dogs. There's a reason why they're busy and people from a large railroad company frequent there.

I have been going to Dino's for probably 10 or 11 years now. I have had a lot of the menu items, and have seldom been disappointed with my visit. the gyros, hot dogs, pizza, and burgers are all great when you are in the mood for greasy junk food meals. they load you up on fries, so don't get the large if you are by yourself, because it is a large sack of fries that can easily feed 3. the grease from the food literally seeps through the carry out bag. prices are great. the only drawback i can think of is that if you eat there, it can get kind of smokey inside from the ovens and grills, which makes your cloths smell like grease and fast food all day. I have heard questions raised about the places sanitation, but I have yet to personally encounter a concern there.

For the first time in my whole life I've had to throw away a pizza. I'm furious! This was my first Dino's pizza and my last. I still can't explain it (maybe you can) but the crust had MOLD. I noticed that something tasted funny and so I took a closer look at the underside of the pizza and there it was - raw penicillin. The whole thing tasted like soap and gasoline, and that it the God's honest truth. I also ordered garden salads. The salads were gritty, and after I took a bite of the pizza I took a much closer look at the salads. Guess what? It was full of SAND and FLIES. FLIES! Dino's - apparently - can't be bothered with washing things. It was DISGUSTING. When I called the store to complain, some guy offered me credit. Credit is useless to me because I am never going to order anything there again. I'm out $35 for this diseased mess.

Although I've only been coming to Dino's since I was in high school, I have to say that it feels like a lot longer than that. One thing in particular I like about it, is that it does not feel like a big, cold, heartless chain restaurant. Obviously it's not, but it's the little things that keep me coming back for more. The Jumbo slice drink combo with a side of fries is just plain amazing, the gyros special and Philly cheese steaks are worth a trip in themselves as well. Now I should mention, the pizza is nothing to write home about, but hey it's pizza; like sex, even when it's bad, it's still good. If you are in the area, please refrain from visiting one of the three or four dozen other fast food restaurants that line LaGrange Rd. and make your stop at Dino's. Keep local places like this alive. I should also mention: The guy behind the counter, seems to be the owner or manager over there, younger looking guy. I'm a big fan of him. Even though I was just a kid when I started going there, he always treated us not a shit-head kids, but as customers. Always told us to have a good day and enjoy our food. Sometimes I go there just because that's how I want to be treated when i'm out to eat.

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
